Staff were lovely, hotel was nice, the room was nice however there was barely any water pressure in the shower and the water would take forever to get hot And for a 5* hotel the breakfast stations were waaaay too small, the options for breakfast were very limited and omelettes and fried eggs were being prepared by one chef so there was always a massive queue

Great hotel, clean spacious rooms with welcoming staff. We found the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinners had good timings for late eaters. Good swimming pool and gym with generous space. Best of all is the hotel location, in between airport and Doha centre.

The overall experience was beyond fantastic. The room was clean, the food was great and lots of options and availability. The staff were great and a special thanks to Simon the chef and all restaurant team. The swimming area was great too, thanks to Ly, ths life guard. Location great and overall experience was great. Checked in on 9 Feb 2026, room 436 and checked out 19 Feb 2026. We were two adults with a 6 year old. Highly recommended and will visit again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the service to the facilities, my experience was perfect. However, I was disappointed by one specific policy: despite booking a Full Board package, I was still charged extra for soft drinks and tea during lunch and dinner. Usually, "Full Board" implies that basic beverages are included with meals. I highly recommend the management review this policy, as paying for basic drinks feels out of place in such a high-quality establishment. Aside from this, it was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Steigenberger Hotel Doha and would definitely give it five stars. We booked the all-inclusive package, and the food was excellent throughout — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fresh, varied, and delicious. The overall service and cleanliness were outstanding. On our second night, we experienced some noise, but when we spoke to the manager the next morning, he handled it immediately and upgraded us to a bigger room without any hesitation. The professionalism and care shown made a real difference to our stay. Absolutely brilliant hotel and management — we would happily stay again and highly recommend it. Shirish Patel

Hotel is very beautiful and situated in a nice place close to shops. They offer good amenities and breakfast offers a variety of dishes too. Staff are kind and friendly. The only area of improvement would be overall hygiene e.g. when we came into our room the shower glass and shampoo bottles had marks on it.
