Hot but festive
Hotel was decorated very festively. Gorgeous Christmas trees everywhere. Bedroom was huge, bed was comfortable but the bedroom was SO warm, it was at the point of being uncomfortable. There was no option to cool it properly. Apart from this it was good.

Ok stay, should be a 4 star at best.
For a 5 star castle hotel they were lacking 5 star castle experience. We stayed in multiple 5 star Castles and this was our least favorite from the check in and customer service follow through, to the breakfast. All was lacking the special touches that the other hotels in comparison offered wothout prompting. The room was plain and simple.
