Beautiful hotel
Au Lac Charner Hotel is a beautiful and charming hotel in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, with an excellent location that allowed me to easily explore all the important sights within walking distance. The hotel's ambiance and surroundings truly added to the overall experience of my visit. However, my stay was slightly marred by an issue I encountered with the hotel's cancellation policy. Three days before my scheduled departure, I reached out to cancel my last day's stay due to personal reasons. Despite following the hotel's required notice period of 72 hours, I did not receive any response to my cancellation request. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I presented my correspondence regarding the cancellation, but unfortunately, the staff refused to accept my request and insisted that I pay for the additional day. This lack of communication and flexibility regarding the cancellation policy was disappointing and resulted in an unexpected additional charge for me. Overall, my experience at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh was enjoyable due to its beauty and convenient location. However, the lack of responsiveness and flexibility in handling my cancellation request left a negative impression. I hope that the hotel management can improve their communication and customer service in such situations to ensure a more satisfactory experience for guests.

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. They provided exceptional service, wonderful recommendations and greetings. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for your time in Ho Chi Minh. The location is walkable distance to many restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions.

Safe. Police station cross the road. Food? Turn ether way 3 doors up restront next to it a cheep food restront next is 7/11 next to that more food. Pool is grate,sauna is grate.Between brefast and omlets and cakes and fruit the afternoon tea on the roof is wow. The staff are grate even on publick holiday. You want to change cash turn left 3 doors up best rate in town.. This place is a gem..
