Walking, fishing, bird watching and other outdoor activities are all within easy reach. The house has a Smart TV with Sky+ and a good selection of books, games, cards and jigsaws for all ages. The enclosed garden is currently laid to lawn and the south facing terrace is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs. There is a large shed for the storage of golf bags, bicycles etc. The house is less than 5 minutes’ drive from both the golf club and the beach. Located in a quiet residential area of Dornoch and only minutes from Dornoch town centre. This property is near the world renowned Royal Dornoch Golf Club and the many sandy beaches.
