Our cozy vacation home “SörenHuus” in Frisian style convinces with a good location and a well-kept interior in beautiful Neßmersiel.

The well-designed floor plan offers you a restful place to relax on the North Sea coast on approx. 85 m² of living space.

The living area with kitchen provides an open living concept with the visually beautiful exposed beams on the ceiling.

With a total of three bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor and two on the upper floor, our vacation home offers a vacation for a wide target group. Whether families with children or senior citizens - everyone gets their money's worth here.

Dogs ? Welcome. The property is fully fenced and the well-known dog beach with activity area welcomes your four-legged friends.

The vacation home offers you pleasant comfort with a shower bathroom on the first floor and a WC on the upper floor.

The outdoor area also boasts a gently landscaped garden, which offers privacy thanks to its orientation.

The terrace, which is accessible from the living/dining area, faces south-west and is a great place to end the day after a day at the beach.

The property also has two parking spaces. You will soon have your own wallbox (11kw) - here you can conveniently charge your vehicle overnight (0.65€/ kWh).

Wir haben uns im Soerenhuus mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Hund rundum wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz, sauber, was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Die schriftliche wie auch telefonische Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Bäcker und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gerne wieder. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Nessmersiel. Die Wohnung war, nein ist, super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unsere kinder haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Trotz des sxhlechten Wetters konnten wir Meer, küste und Spielenachmittage genießen. Im Sörenhus fehlt es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir dürfen.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im SoerenHuus. Ein sehr schönes Haus, das mit Liebe eingerichtet ist und in dem an alles was man braucht gedacht wurde.Auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern über FeWodirekt war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Toll mit Hund und Kindern

Garten für den Hund, Platz für die Kinder, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zudem eine gute Lage am Spielplatz. Der Kontakt vorab war ebenfalls sehr an den Gästen orientiert und hilfreich. Echt eine Klasse für sich. Danke

Super entspannter Urlaub

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Ferienhaussiedlung.Eingezäunter großer Garten, ideal für den Urlaub mit Hund!Sogar eine Hunde- Dusche im Garten ist vorhanden!Ansonsten ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus auf zwei Etagen.Strand nicht allzu weit entfernt und auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!
