Our house is located in the holiday village of Neßmersiel, right at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Your holiday home Ockenfels was checked by DTV in spring 2019 and awarded 5 stars.
The property is completely fenced and is invisible due to its beautiful shrub - trees.
On the ground floor of the house is the spacious bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2018, with walk-in shower and washing machine,
a double bedroom, hall, utility room, fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need in the kitchen.
The living room adjoins the kitchen with its cozy seating area and fireplace.
The ground floor is completely tiled and equipped with underfloor and wall heating.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with single beds and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor received a new laminate floor in 2017 and the bathroom was completely renovated in 2018.
There are exterior blinds and pleated blinds on all windows in the house.
In 2018, new room doors were installed throughout the house.

In the garden you will find a garden house, teak seating with cushions, parasol, sun loungers and a Weber kettle grill.
The garden terrace is covered. The parking space is on the property in front of the house.

Gelungener Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und hat der Beschreibung voll entsprochen. Die Lage des Hauses war ebenfalls sehr gut, alle Ausflugsziel sind schnell und gut erreichbar.

Ein tolles und schönes Haus am Ringelgansweg 12
Man merkt schon beim betreten des Hauses, dass dieses mit viel Herzblut und Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Es ist an alles gedacht worden, bis ins kleinste Detail. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Von scharfen Messern, bis zur Kaffeemaschine, einfach toll. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren frisch bezogen und auch bequem. Die Nasszellen sind alle perfekt und toll eingerichtet. Der eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für die Hunde. Hier können sie sich unbeaufsichtigt aufhalten. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, ruhige Lage und Bäcker und Edeka in nächster Nähe. Nachteil ist dass das Meer nicht so in der Nähe ist und die Hunde leider nicht freilaufen können, aber dafür kann keiner der Hausbesitzer dort etwas dafür. Das war ein kleiner Wehmutstroffen für den tollen Urlaub, aber sonst diskussionslos und mit gutem Gewissen absolut empfehlenswert. Danke Familie Ockenfels.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist schön und modern, gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was sehr gut ist, wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Gerne wieder!

Tolles wohlfühl Haus
Sehr gemütliches und geräumiges Haus. In dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann.
Erholung für die ganze Familie.
Gute und ruhige Lage, mit kurzen Wegen zum Bäcker bzw. Lebensmittelmarkt.
Perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hund und Kindern da das Objekt komplett eingezäunt ist.
Wir kommen immer wieder gern.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.
Wir werden die Tage in Ihrem sehr harmonisch eingerichtetem Haus so schnell nicht vergessen.
Die Liebe zum Detail findet man in jedem Zimmer und auch im Garten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Haus vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.
Wer Wert auf ein sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus legt, Entspannung sucht der ist hier genau richtig.

Alles Bestens!!!
Es war ein toller Urlaub in Neßmersiel. Wir haben ein sehr gut ausgestattetes FH vorgefunden. Vom Hundenapf bis hin zum Einkaufskoerbchen, alles da. Spitze!
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: die Leute, die sich um das Haus kümmern (Rasen mähen, Mülltonnen herausholen) kamen immer ohne Voranmeldung. Wir saßen auf der Terrasse und auf einmal kam ein Mann zum Rasen mähen um die Ecke.
Kleiner Hinweis bei der Schlüsselübergabe hätte ich gut gefunden.
Dies hat unseren positiven Eindruck dieses Hauses aber nicht geschadet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
