The room was clean, easy access to the room and car parking. Beautiful outlook and peaceful setting. Good location near Dorrigo National Park. The only negative in our room was the shower, the pressure and temperature needs to be improved.

Parking was easy. Kitchen needs more plates, there was only 1 desert spoon and no microwavable dishes. Outdoor seating was a bit too close to other rooms, I realise this is for ease for cleaning staff but perhaps they could leave an empty room in between until it's needed

Did not receive late check in instructions after reception said they would send them to me - had to call the after hours support hotline who were unsure of the plan of how to get into the room but luckily have is the lockbox key code Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautifully kept. We requested housekeeping on day 1 of our 2 day stay but they didn't come Overall a pleasant experience, even qhf the disappointing guest services

A nicely appointed room with a lovely outlook. The room was a great size with a queen bed, table and chairs, lounge and kitchenette. Loves the Nespresso coffee machine. A large bathroom with plenty of hot water.

A beautiful quiet location and the room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and lounge chairs. It was nice to have the fireplace lit in the guests' common area. Close to Dorrigo for dinner. Unfortunately, the electric blanket didn't work, but the aircon kept the room warm (it snowed nearby, so very cold outside!)
