Stay of convenience

The location was convenient and the room setup with three beds worked well for our family, but cleanliness was a big issue. The couch had stains, the microwave was dirty inside and out, and we found someone else’s clothes in the drawers. The pullout bed had no linens and was badly stained. When we asked for bedding, the blanket we received was so scratchy no one could use it. On top of that, all the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Staff we encountered were friendly, but we didn’t raise the issues since we didn’t plan to stay again. The layout is great for families, but the room definitely needed more attention.

The room was decent. Bathroom needs updates. Water pressure was really low. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were tiny little squares just big enough for your head. Weird. Breakfast was good. Worst part was the smell of marijuana from the hallway that also seeped in our room all night and all morning. Informed the front desk on our way out. Won’t stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the bed always comfortable but the room was incredibly dirty. There was a random broken door handle screwed into the back middle of the bathroom door. It was very strange. Would not stay here again cause it was so dirty.

Asked for a quiet room got a room right over the pool!!! wifi is almost a scam they want to remote into your laptop to sign you in - NO WAY!! Breakfast was wonderful as well as attendant in that area

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. My only confusion/concern is why hotels.com lists the fee for incidentals at $100 but I was charged $121. (I paid for our room upon booking.)
