Hotels.com did not send our reservations to Comfort Inn. It took about 1 hour but Comfort Inn figured it out. A/C was very loud. The bathroom remodel was not good. Mirror did not line up with the sink. Not very good lighting outside. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was good Staff was very helpful and kind

We found a roach in the bathroom when my son was in there. It was hair in the shower and the tub wasn’t clean at all. The floors were not clean at all.

I have a handicap bathroom because of my health, and I was unable to even take a shower because the showerhead was so gross with mold and dirt. I took a picture and showed it to the girl when I checked out that morning. Needless to say I will never return.

The indoor pool is the reason we came but it IS NOT heated and was as cold as spring water. Other than that it’s a good hotel.

When I got to the hotel, the gentleman was very nice. His name was Jordan and he was very professional and friendly. I let him know that my ring was dirty and he offered to clean it and I told him maybe the next day somebody could clean it. There was bathwater in the tub and it was dirty, and there was still food in the refrigerator from the guest before us. There was something red all over the blanket on the bed. The next day when I asked the lady at the front desk to have somebody clean it, she was very rude and unprofessional. And nobody ever cleaned the room while I was there.
