This is the worst hotel experience that I have ever had after traveling extensively over they last 30 years. The manager, Sunny, and customer service agent, Jessica, were extremely rude and unprofessional. After the first night, I called requesting some additional toilet paper since we only had half of one roll after we turned from playing in a softball tournament. Jessica told me that I could come down to pick it up. When I asked her if that was standard practice for the guest to come pick up their own tissue, she got angry and said she could not come and bring it. I tried to speak and she kept cutting me off and I asked her if she could just be quiet and let me finish my sentence and she hung up the call. I went to the front desk, and a young man was leaving angrily after he had an exchange with Jessica. I again asked her if it was standard practice for a guest to come pick up their own toilet tissue and we were paying to stay at that hotel. She blew up and I told her I wanted to speak with the manager. The manager, Sunny, came up and he was not any better. He asked me if Jessica was my personal assistant who should come bring me toilet paper and that this is standard practice at hotels all over the country. I retorted and let him know that I had traveled extensively and this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was unheard of. He then told me that they have that right so I could leave and he would give me a refund for the remaining two nights of my stay. We left.
