We reserved a King room a month ahead of time. Upon arrival we were told there were no Kings and would have to take 2 Queens. What’s the point of reserving then? And we had no heat. No matter how high we set the temp it only blew cool air. And the Clerk’s accent was so thick you could only guess at what he was saying. Internet was very spotadic

Upholestry had spots on it and bedding had stains and hair in between comforter and and fleas sheet. Had to twist new sheets and vacuum cleaner so i could clean myself due to carpet having scattered crumbs next to the beds and underneath the desk area. Strange order in elevator and room ( smeeled like a dirty carpet
