The house was a great get-away location for our 4 couples. We went for the tulip festival and it was an easy drive to Holland. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels were plush. And the beds were comfortable. It was about a 15 minute walk to the public beach access. We didn't get to use some of the amenities - like the pool or fire pit - during our brief stay, but everything was well laid out in a picturesque setting. A note on accessibility: my wife uses a power wheelchair, and by adding a couple of our own small ramps to the front porch and door she was able to get around all of the first floor and master bedroom/bathroom.
Great house, clean and well stocked. Screened porch was very relaxing place to have morning tea. Saw deer and wild turkey on property. Short walk to Lake Michigan
Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful home that was spacious and relaxing. We loved the big space at the pool barn and spent an evening there relaxing watching our favorite sports team play. Easy access to the shopping and restaurants. We will be back again. Thx!
It was amazing we loved the home.We loved the town of Holland. At the home there was a lot for the kids to enjoy especially in the game room.If we come back in the summer the kids said they we love to enjoy the poolThey loved their own place to hangout. For sure we will back and bring the rest of our family
We had a wonderful stay at the property. Through the booking process and prior to our arrival, the property manager was responsive and provided us with all information necessary for our stay. The home was incredibly clean upon our arrival and well stocked with bath products, pool towels and games. We did not have a single issue arise during our week-long stay and look forward to staying at the property again in the future.
Wonderful property for a large family or 2 families, everything is as advertised and the finishes + supplies are top notch. This clearly a professionally managed property, with the small details well thought out. The game room is actually a large well finished garage sitting in front of the property, and the pool sits in front of that and it is a amazing setup. Very well sized, very clean, and plenty of patio space to enjoy the day. In terms of sleeping, 2 bedrooms upstairs are perfect and the first floor master creates nice separation. The basement has the bunks, a bathroom + laundry, and is great for the kids. The screened in patio with it's cafe lights is is a great spot for peace and quiet away from the house and anyone asleep, really a great setup here. We really had a great stay and were able to cook several meals with the well stocked kitchen and grill, and towels were plenty for the pool.
We did have a grumpy neighbor who told us the kids were too loud at 3:30 on a Saturday in the sun filled pool, mind you we didn't even have a music player etc. Just a few kids under the age of 8 laughing in the pool. They did not escalate the situation, so this isn't a knock on the property or the manager as it is completely out of their control but it seems to be "a thing" after reading a previous review. It shouldn't discourage anyone from staying here with kids as it didn't bother us, although we did acknowledge their feedback. Would absolutely go back again.
