Room was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer.

Ideally situated midway along the prom. Maybe just a little too far from town for those unable to walk very far but iseal for us and just by bus stops and the horse drawn tram stop. Breakfast selection was excellent and a few nice choices for evening meals too

Perfect stay

Thia hotel was a perfect for our stay on the Isle of Man. The room was spacious( sea view) and the room had USB ports, grab bars and bathmat for the shower/bathtub, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the Promenade and close to bus stops.

4 night stay

We went as couple plus 1 other in a single room. Both rooms with a sea view which was great and next door to each other as the single in our party was elderly. Wished we’d checked both rooms before we unpacked as our single got a larger room with a superking bed and us the small bedroom with a standard king. Service was great as was food during our stay. Would stay again.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. The restaurant was top class food. We also ate in the piano bar and that was excellent too. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was kept clean daily and the Breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from nothing was to much trouble.

Too warm, too uncomfortable

Room was excessively warm with no air condition. Blankets were far too thick. Required having windows open - and loads of noise outside on the street from crowds of people outside being heard when trying to sleep. Bed was hard and difficult to relax in. Just an overall challenge to sleep / enjoy.

Lovely clean hotel

Lovely stay at this hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights for a quick visit to the island for the first time. Location is brilliant...on the seafront and we paid extra for sea view...well worth it. The rrom was large and well positioned...and very clean and comfy. The breakfast was as expected with lots on offer and very well stocked. The only annoyance is the parking outside...yes its free but only for 16hrs max in one spot then you have to move to another spot (even if its next along) to reset the time. But thats not the hotels fault its the local parking laws and only a small inconvenience - there was always a slot available right outside the hotel thankfully.
