We stayed there for four days. The room was never cleaned, the bed wasn't made, the linins were not replaced, and the complimentary coffee, cups, soaps and glasses were not replaced. The breakfast was very good.

I was there for a sports tournament with my son. The hotel was very dirty. I found pubic hair all over the comforter of one the beds where my child was supposed to sleep as soon as we received the room so someone had been using the bed prior to our arrival. The other bed had blue stains on the comforter. When I complained they provided 2 new comforters and covers for them but I had to go to the front desk to pick them up myself and the comforter cover was not on the comforter nor did I receive an apology. The new comforters were not clean and smelled like old sweat so I could not use these either. I had paid to stay 2 nights but I left after 1 night because we were not provided clean bedding. I requested my money back for the 2nd night but since I booked it through hotels.com I was told I could not get my money back for the 2nd night. I found a different hotel regardless which was very clean and much better service/amenities.

Loud employees in lobby

Went there to get sleep however my room was close to the lobby and the employees were yelling and laughing in the lobby at 11pm. I thought people were arguing near my door until I opened it and realized it was just the employee and maybe their friends . I was woken up by a lady with a high pitch very loud voice. No consideration for anyone trying to sleep.

Met a good standard

Night clerk was prompt and efficient in getting me situated with my room. The room was clean, and the bed was a king size, with comfortable pillows and linens. Comfortable quilt. Room had amenities. Only the sink plug was a minor issue ( not connected to the handle. A nicer set of soap and shampoo could improve the experience, but its not a 5 star hotel. A reasonable value

While the room was very nice we had a few issues during our three night stay. The heat in our original room did not work. The woman on staff quickly found another room with heat and we were very pleased. The second issue was that the room was never cleaned and replenished with coffee and tea. Thirdly, the breakfast is very limited. While the stay was pleasant overall, I will stay elsewhere when in town again.
