Rooms 1 and 2 each have double beds and sleep, 2 guests. The full bath is shared between the two rooms and is private to those guests. Room 2 is only rented to family or guests traveling with the person renting room 1. The age limit is 12 years of age unless you are preapproved by the owner.

Iona Stables and Inn is located on a 35-acre farm just east of Rt 1, at a little crossroads called Argo’s Corner. We are situated 3 miles south of Milford, DE. It is only 3 miles to the Delaware Bay and 16 miles to the Ocean at Cape Henlopen State Park. The Lewes, Rehoboth, Tanger Outlets, and Delaware beaches and State Parks are all located just south of us along the Rt 1 corridor. We are located 1 mile south of the new Bayhealth Medical Center. We are also 9 miles south of the DE Turf Sports Complex.

To enhance the safety of all our guests at Iona Stables and Inn we have installed UV light to all the air handlers that service the house. That means approximately every 10 minutes all the inside air is being disinfected from bacteria, viruses, and mold particles. The UV lights are in addition to the MERV 13 filter cartridges we use in all our air handlers. Just another way we strive to make your stay at Iona Inn a comfortable stay.
