Honestly couldn’t review The Element better. Our stay was 9 days, having just relocated to Colorado Springs. The staff? Phenomenally friendly and courteous and helpful. Incredibly welcoming. We stayed in the mini suite and I think I could simply live there.

This place is cute and had many great features. Room was beautiful, but there were a few stains on some of our towels. When asked to get new towels it was not an issue at all.

"Room was clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel. Fresh omelets made to order. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast, sausage, bacon, ham. Potatoes, and scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, and more. Cant beat the $77 per night rate for 1 king room for 2 adults through Expedia."
