Wont ever stay here. Had a complete change in my airline flights. Asked the hotel is I could slide my night to a different night. Wasnt asking for any refunds if there had been a difference. Would have paid the difference if the new night was more. This reservation was booked as a no refund reservation they would not budge. They had plenty of rooms available. Great customer service. Dont ask them to do any favors for you.

Water park was nothing like the pictures online. It was old and outdated. The hot tub was broke. The pool water was so cloudy. The room was missing furniture. The room was dirty because the front desk said they had 105 check outs the night prior. Unfortunately, I still expected a clean room.

Cold hot tub nice hotel but kinda expensive
Clean said u had to pay for parking we never did was never a problem but extra 100 dollar service charge when u get there kids loved the pool could of been cleaner dont expect a hot tub oce cold colder then the pool was overall though not a terrible stay

Largely understaffed
This hotel has a lot of potential but we had so many issues. The ice was out on every floor, hot tub heater waa broken, pool was often out of towels. So many issues were due to being grossly understaffed. The staff was doing their best and did an excellent job but just couldnt keep up. Also, the term water park is realtive.
