Ironing board was broken, outlets in restroom were not lit, night light on one of the queen beds not operable. Hot water station had remnances of what seemed really old tea leaves of some sort, seed sized. Older gentleman working midnight shift bad attitude toward a guest doing late night check in

Our stay was pleasant. The room was adequate but was a bit small. Check in was slow and front desk staff was clearly overwhelmed. Initially we were told our reserved, paid room had been given away, but eventually it was "found". Despite paying for an additional guest in our room we had to request each additional item necessary for our stay as the room was not equipped for the number of guests we booked. I would have been more understanding of this if we hadn't been charged more for having a 5th person and our stay at another hotel did not charge exta and provided for the additional person without additional requests needed. Breakfast was good.

Hotel staff very accommodating and also there was a very generous full menu complimentary breakfast. Of course this is an expensive hotel compared to the similar hotels in Canada.

Construction is nearby and it was loud at times. Especially early in the morning. The staff were super nice and the coffee excellent and they have COLD BREW!! My room had a full kitchen and real glasses, coffee mugs, plates, and cutlery. There were clearly defined recyling, trash, and compost bins in the dining area. Managing the room temperature in my room was easy. I freeze in most hotel rooms. I really enjoyed my stay.
