Cleanliness was a concern, particularly in the bathroom. The bathtub was visibly worn, and there was mold present in the tile, which is both unappealing and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This alone detracted significantly from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the television was outdated and did not function as expected. In an era where basic amenities are often seamless and modern, this felt like a noticeable oversight. In summary, while the staff truly elevated the experience with their professionalism and care, the hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in cleanliness and updated in-room amenities.
