Smooth and easy check-in, breakfast was fantastic with a great view. The entire stay felt effortless! I didn't have much chance to explore the amenities as I was busy with the HYROX competition during the weekend, but I could see the pool and everything right from my room. The view of the North Shore mountains was a highlight.

We had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe King Bed Ocean view room. The room was spacious, very clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in the perfect location on the waterfront and close to bars, shopping uptown and restaurants. The on site bar is great and has good food. We loved our stay and we'll be back next time in Vancouver.

Overall okay but the check in was slow (one staff at around 4pm) and there was NO hot water. I repeat! NO HOT WATER. I couldn’t get through the front desk about this problem and the text system was unresponsive to my concern. Pretty disappointed they didn’t even respond. A hot shower is pretty important to me. So to not respond or address the issue is a big thumbs down. I’d stay across the street at the Fairmont next time.

We were excited to get a night out for my birthday and decided to stay in this hotel at a prime location. Once we got to the 22nd floor where our room was located we were a little taken back with the cleanliness of the elevator lobby. All four elevators were littered with dust which immediately kicked off our allergies. It’s understood that there are some construction / renovations ongoing but something should be done to separate the dust being caused on the floor. The room was well sorted by housekeeping for our stay so no complaints there. All in all the hotels age is definitely showing and I don’t know if I would be rushing back.
