Loved the location but the elevator situation was extremely frustrating and awful. We waited over 20-30 mins each time trying to use it and ended up taking the steps down 16 floors with someone with bad knees.

I love staying at the PanPacific Vancouver, whenever I visit Vancouver I stay at the PanPacific. The views are incredible, the staff are very friendly. Pool is wonderful. 2 out of 4 elevators were not working this was due to Otis elevator company delay with parts.

The hotel had 4 elevators to the rooms. Only 3 of them worked on arrival. On day two they lost another elevator. Meanwhile the hotel was filled with people with accessibility issues. Needed to add 30 minutes to travel between the rooms and the lobby each time. No compensation was given for the inconvenience! A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! Shame!
