First impression was our arrival check-in. The person checking us in was hard to understand and talked very fast and seemed to be a bit impatient. Once in our room, we were impressed with the view, which we requested for a special occasion. The on-site restaurant, however, left a lot to be desired. We gave it 3 chances-- ordered breakfast, breakfast buffet and dinner. The breakfast buffet was over priced for what it was. The cook needs to learn how to make pancakes! They were tough and tasteless each time. Eggs were dry and crumbly. I could continue but improvements in food quality and portion size need to be made. Other than that, the hotel was very nice!

Clean room, loved that a good quality bidet was available. The room was comfortable with two chairs. My only request would be a minifridge that was slight bigger. It couldn’t really hold a large water bottle. Room service for just a pot of coffee took 1.5 hours.
