Location is great but I feel the property needs work. I feel they bank on the location. There’s garbage left in the hallways, we didn’t see one cleaning cart. Parking is awful, way too small of spots. I’m a platinum member and booked 2 rooms and ended up with floor 4 and 1. I give it a 3 1/2 at best.

The walls are paper thin, so we could hear the conversations going on in the room next, even though we could tell they weren't yelling. The ice machine is in the hallway right outside the door, so when other guests needed ice at 2 am, we got to know about it, against our will. The directions to the pool/hottub were not clear to those in the North Tower and required walking through the lobby. To my knowledge there was no notice about oversized vehicle parking being off site, so we were not prepared for the extra parking time and had to rush to our event. The QR code provided for parking didnt work as well, so we had to wait for a secuirty guard to come to manually enter it so we could get out of the garage. Check in and out was easy however and the staff were extremely nice.
