Location is hard to get to. Room is tiny. Bath robe is itchy. Staff was okay. I saw staff hanging out at the front desk but took long time to help me check in. I wasn’t informed that my room was in the south tower vs north tower side. So I went to wrong side which was tiring. No bell boy to help me take up my bags. Elevator was full.

Sharks club lounge was great. Excellent service and very accommodating. Moxies food was great. The service was horrible. 20 minutes from getting our water from hostess to seeing our waitstaff to order coffee. Not busy. Entrance was almost impossible due to construction. I realize that outside construction is not in their control, but let people know how to arrive using the confirmation email. Front desk needs some personal interaction training. Thx

Great place to stay that’s close to venues! Easy to navigate and conveniently located. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Lots of dining options. The pool was a bit cold as it’s not heated but nice to warm up in the hot tub.
