The night security guard on 11/5/25 was AMAZING. The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean. Front desk staff was a little rude when there was a parking issue. Elevator lines are crazy.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were wonderfully friendly, our room was spotless, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day out. The pool, however, is not heated—consider it a refreshing wake-up call! Room service was solid, just not speedy. Location couldn’t be better for transit access, with both the Expo and Canada Lines close by. The only true villain of the trip was the elevator, which operates on its own very slow, very mellow schedule. Still, we’d stay here again without hesitation.
