All of the staff was great, but Ivy at the front desk was especially helpful. we were in Vancouver to get a Chinese Visa. They had unfortunately changed the form, and would not accept the old one. Ivy helped us with the computer, in the business center. Her skill on it was beyond our abilities. The young lady in the restaurant that served, both for dinner and breakfast was great. The rooms are looking a little dated, but still nice, as well as clean. Pool was nice.

The hotel was a great price and very comfortable. We called the day before our arrival to check on parking policies and when we arrived they already had our room available to us 6 hours before check in time!! Hotel staff was very helpful!! The pool was great as well.

Great!

Really nice hotel. We loved it. It was a bit pricey, but not in relation to the rest of the city. Also, don't forget, parking is EXTRA. That is something I always forget. The staff was really patient and nice!!
