The view was really nice. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were in service which lead to long waits to go up or down from your room. Had to wait for 4 or 5 full elevators before there was one with room. That part tested everyone’s patience. When I tried to get ice, my bucket had brown water in it that smelled like cigarettes. They brought up a fresh bucket with ice after I requested it. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Parking is huge issue, have to wait 30 mins for elevator every single time. Swimming pool was too small for that many ppl. Not even single window or balcony in the room. View was good but beside that everything else was horrible. When I booked from Expedia stated breakfast will be included but when I got there they told me have to pay $100/night to get breakfast and snacks. It was really horrifying experience with that much amount of money per night.

The staff are phenomenal, rooms are wonderful. Housecoats and bedding is clean and lush. Water is hot and pressure is great in shower! Housekeeping staff are 10/10. The ability to text staff directly for requests and inquiries is awesome!! They were fast and efficient! We were celebrating a bday and they delivered complimentary cake and bday wishes to room, so thoughtful! Negatives, being above the pool you can hear kids having fun. On level 14 is still high up from it and the sound echos. They had elevators and escalators down, made for very very long waits to go up or down. Like 15 mins of waiting, packed full elevators. We did the Saturday night Live Jazz music buffet. Incredibly disappointed, after requested on reservation for great seating, we had the absolute worst seating. Food was all cold and basic, everything seemed like scraps, nothing got refilled or replaced after over an hour of being there. Staff was rushing around and doing their best but it took forever to get a simple drink, water never got refilled. Band was ok, was hoping for a singer or performer. Was not worth the cost at all.

Very comfortable hotel

The room was very comfortable and nice, and the view was great. The only issue that we had was that two of the four elevators were broken while we were there so getting off of our 10th floor room was really hard. When checking out we used the stairs with our luggage because every elevator was full
