Views to die for.

The Pan Pacific Vancouver exceeded my expectations! The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Room service was fast and the food was fantastic. Its location is unbeatable—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. And the views? Simply spectacular! Highly recommend for a top-tier stay in Vancouver.

Friendly staff at checkin upgraded our room at no charge. We had a great view of the harbour from the 21st floor. Convenient location and comfiest beds. I’ve stayed quite a few places in Vancouver and I plan to return here next time.

Well, the bathrobes were old and had holes in them. There was no slippers to go out on the deck of the pool in our room and the hot tub. The Jets are old and weak. It seems that that area needs an update and some care. Front counter staff is always good services. Excellent but I never received anything to say what was going on at the hotel McKay. This is your first time here this is what we offer.

Our stay was fantastic until we went to the restaurant and there was mice in the restaurant and they didn’t do anything for us, it was disappointing. The view and the rooms were great.
