This hotel was super comfortable and within easy walking distance to a market, stores and a variety of food options. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. My room was super clean and had everything I needed including an in-riom refrigerator. I will absolutely stay again.

Your establishment is not eco-friendly at all. So many tiny shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers that are an environmental issue. Get with the program and install refillable dispensers in the showers! Also, the seatbelts in the shuttle were an issue, as in non-functional, covered over with cloths and tied in place. Actually I think that is against the law. And A/C in shuttle was not functioning

The front desk staff were completely unsupervised. We arrived early and were advised that our room would be ready in 30 minutes. Several other guests arrived after us and were told the same thing. We were asked to wait in two separate but connected areas of the lobby. We were then subjected to 45 minutes of the front desk staff laughing and yelling with each other. At the 45 minute mark a couple who arrived long after us were advised that their room was ready. When I approached one of the front desk staff to inquire about our room I received a very high handed response that basically we had no right to a room before 4 pm and furthermore this couple had a different kind of room than ours. We were suspicious that the front desk staff had forgotten about us because they were so busy partying with each other. We use airport hotels frequently and we will not be coming back to this one.
