The room was fine, the location of the hotel is great. The problem...horrendous parking information. We have a Ford Explorer with a Yakima rack...height is about 6'8". It took us 90 min to find a parking spot for our Explorer. It was 1 block away, at a cost 2x what you parking fees were. Suggestions: 1) Clearly state the height restrictions for your hotel parking (6'6"). 2) Do NOT send folks who won't fit to an alternate parking location that has the same 6'6" height restriction! 3) Create a list of nearby parking lots that allow 24 hr parking. Note their height restrictions and the cost.

Was super easy to walk to Rogers Arena, though it was a bit of a trek. Good options to eat around here, and great shopping options too. The hotel was old, but clean, and the staff were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Mall is very close as well as places to eat. The staff was nice and I had to wait a little bit to get my room, but I did arrive an hour and a half early. But they were able to get me a room within 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel is a bit older, but it’s clean.

A lot of food options nearby. Easily walkable to a lot of tourists attractions. Easy/affordable parking nearby. Only complaint is it seemed like room cleaning started around 7:30 am. A little early in my opinion.

Nice but noisy!

Location was good. Staff was friendly, parking option convenient. Street noise was overwhelming. CRAZY loud with traffic and emergency vehicles. Bring a white noise machine or be prepared to not sleep.

Only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom so i had to get ready with a makeup mirror every day The ac unut dripped water droplets The room was quite dark - another nirth American hotel that doesn’t fit large ceiling lights, just a couple of lamps
