The Moda always offers excellent service and location. On-site restaurants are excellent snd convenient, the small wine/beer/spirits shop next door has decent prices, and its location makes it emine tly walkable, regardless of the weather. Add to that the secure parking across the street and proximity to other shopping, and you really can't beat it.

Unfortunately the times qe have stayed out door latch or inside lock has veen either broken or non existing and that was very worrysome to us. Making our sleep and alertness keep us up all night. Knowing the area veing right around grandville kept us up and worried for safety

The staff was wonderful. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and they allowed us to check-in early for no fee. The room was small, but spotless, but with all the activities we planned, we only slept there so that wasn't an issue. The hotel is at a great locaton, with easy access to transportation.

I really wanted to like this hotel but... the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The bedding was not nice either. You change that and I will be a loyal customer. The room was clean and tidy, lots of character.
