Was looking forward to the free upgrade. The male front desk attendant stated we wpuld be able to switch rooms later to receive the upgrade but when we went to fulfill this the lady stated it wasn’t possible to do since we had already checked in. Other than that it was a great stay, lovely location friendly staff.
