The rooms have been renovated and are very stylish and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and the motion-sensor night light was fantastic. The staff are very professional and welcoming. The location is perfect in downtown Vancouver.

The reception staff unprofessional. It was a birthday but we had to remind and ask 4 times for the birthday wine/amenities. They were so forgetful. The breakfast buffet was very bad no variation just scrambeled egg and dry waffels. I expected too much more from this Hotel
