Clean room, although the layout is awkward and the “main” bedroom is poorly configured- it is difficult to get to the other side of the bed (window side) because there’s barely any room between the foot of the bed and the odd wall jutting out. Can also be an issue at night if you need to go to the washroom and it’s dark. Service requests are handled quickly, something I miss a lot from the US Marriott hotels. Not having to wait 3 hours for a replacement towel is great! Room service was good, delivered in a paper bag with all the accompaniments. Conveniently located and very helpful front desk. Parking is expensive considering there are very limited spaces if you are staying in the South tower. You will most likely need to park in the North tower and make the short trek to the other tower. This is our second time staying at this hotel for the holidays and we plan to stay again.

The front desk Ekaterina totally refuses to honour my Expedia Platinum VIP status, did not want to provide room upgrade and showed disrespect to me and Expedia. Offered the cheapest room instead. It’s took an hour of argument, managers and other representative involvement to smooth the issue. I am very disappointed.

The hot tub wasn't very hot and the pool was on the cool side. The room lacked storage. Most hotels have some pull out drawers you can use for storage, but there were only 3 very small drawers plus the small beside drawers, not enough space to put a few pairs of pants and tops. I requested a room with a tub, but did not get that. The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel looked great, but the room was small and a bit disappointing.

The room had no amenities. Had to ask for coffee , no way to heat up food in the room. Fridge stopped working and ruined food that we had. I feel like for being the in the heart of Vancouver things would have been a bit more welcoming, and more pleasant quality of life upgrades are needed in the rooms. Seemed very outdated. Couldn’t connect to any streaming services that you can do with any basic smart tv these days. Honestly was not impressed ..

We stayed at Sheraton Wall in Vancouver on Jan 9-11, we had a great experience. The staff are all helpful and friendly, they allowed us to check into the room at 11am instead of 4pm and allowed us for a late checkout until 1pm without any fees. Additional toiletries and bottled water are complimentary too. I would stay here again in the future. Minor things are we couldnt figure out the way to the pool without going outside and tipping is only for housekeeping, although we didnt let them do any housekeeping work, i hoped i couldve tipped the overall team not only the housekeeping team.

Room prices was reasonable for a short notice trip, room was always cleaned everyday and done at a time when it never woke me up or prevented me from heading back to the room. They also restocked water bottles everyday which was good. I even got a better room since they had a vacancy on a better floor so shifted me there without any extra charge.
