Excellent location and price is right. I only have two small complaints; The rooms could be a bit cleaner, things like dusting the fans and mouldings etc. It would be nice if someone turned on the steam room/sauna early so it's hot when it opens at 6am.

The suite was large and clean with a comfortable bed and the kitchenette was perfect for our four night stay. The location was convenient and close to shopping. I will stay here again next time I visit.

We always stay here when we go to Vancouver, mainly for Canuck games. We like that we can walk to Gastown, go to The Keg for dinner, and easily walk to the arena. Love that we have a separate sitting area aside from the bedroom and that there is a kitchen area. The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable.Although there is no breakfast we found a delicious waffle place right around the corner. And, because we earned VIP status, we received a bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival.They have always been friendly and welcoming every time we've stayed here!

Amazing place, the staff was exceptional and because we are Expedia VIP we were upgraded with a bottle of wine. A hotel experience doesn't get better than that!
