Wonderful hotel and staff. This hotel is in a great location, with many restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities nearby. Our room was beautiful. We were welcomed at the front desk by Arina, who was super helpful. She listened to our interests, and guided us to areas to visit. We can't say enough good things about her. She made us feel like we were coming home, rather than checking into a hotel. Thank you as well Arina for the treats and map you had delivered to our room. We will be back! FIVE STARS!

The Douglas is our favourite spot in the city. The suites are beautiful and large. It’s always quiet and perfect for a weekend getaway. Nice to get a free upgrade to a 1 bed suite from Junior suite too!😊

We rented a suite with a city view on the 9th floor. Between 11pm and 3am we could hear the very loud music form the club downstairs. For the price point it’s quite unacceptable. They had to move us on the 12th floor for the second night. Less of a problem but still we could clearly hear the music …
