We had a room with two queen beds and a private bathroom. The room was clean, nicely renovated and quiet. The staff were excellent. They let us check in early and park our car in the parking lot for a few hours after checkout. We have had a good experience every time we have stayed here.

What more could you want from a basic services hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and accommodating. Nothing fancy, no restaurant or bar but the food options around the area are endless.

I felt the booking advertised a shared washroom with another room, but it was one washroom for the floor - I waited 10 mins and then had to go up 3 floors to find a vacant washroom. Not great really. Definitely need more washrooms I think. Check in was great - wonderful human helped me. Location is great. Room very clean. Just the washroom situation wasn't presented well in room advertisement.

I was surprised at the location, which is right across the street from B.C. Place. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the train station (which is where I was headed the next day) is only a 20 minute walk away. The waterfront area is about a 25-30 minute walk. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Would stay here again.
