We stayed here for a wedding. It’s in a very convenient location. There are free bike rentals for 2 hours which is more than enough time to get a loop in at Stanley park. Even though we got a free room upgrade, we personally found the price point for the room high, but maybe that’s just Vancouver. Overall we would probably stay again.

Good stay at the Westin Bayshore. My room was not in the tower so perhaps those in the tower are nicer. Great valet service with great people.

Every time we visit Vancouver so far we like to stay here with the marina view from the room. We like to walk along the marina & eat at nearby restaurants including the one in the hotel. The staff here are really helpful, professional, nice & their service is great. Already recommended this hotel to friends & family, and some even already tried it & love it. As for ourselves, we’ll come here again and again for sure…love it ❤️

We booked a deluxe room with mountain but were given a room facing another part of the hotel. The reception was adamant this is what we had booked. Our reservation with hotels.com clearly stated we had booked a Deluxe Room, 1 King bed, non smoking, Mountain view. I had to contact hotels.com to fix the problem. Rooms were dated. Shower floor had black mould around the edges. Some of the towels were ragged and had holes. The amenities in the room are scarce, a very basic coffee machine, with awful coffee and no kettle. At nearly $1000 a night, you expect a little more. Very disappointed.

Gorgeous hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and accommodating. This is a very family-friendly hotel, but great for adult-only getaways too. In a very safe area of Vancouver, walking distance to Stanley Park, the beach, and lots of dining options. Make sure to take advantage of the free bike rentals! We enjoyed it very much.

Hotel is a bit overrun; staff were attentive and did their best. Not exactly a quiet lobby, but room was fine. Staff failed to disclose ($49/night) cost for self-parking.

Rooms in Tower were not worthy of even 4 star rating. No freezer, fridge barely cool, half glass shower door does not prevent water from getting all over floor, bed was not comfortable- made us wish we only stayed one night, room was bare no complimentary items, coffee machine looked gross, zero bath tub, hot water is dangerously hot, room located next to elevator very noisy, very noisy hotel, indoor pool smells very strong chlorine throughout building. Pluses, would be restaurant and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would not recommend staying here, find somewhere with a better bed.
