Other than the location, everything was bad. Service was very poor (across 3 diff front desk staff), they win points for consistency I suppose. The walls are extremely thin, how is it possible that the noises from other rooms (toilet, TV, talking, hallway cleaning staff) actually get amplified? Got woken up multiple times thru the evening bc of noises. Not recommended for families bc your kids will wake up. Don’t even get me started on the service quality. $35/day parki g

Staff was very helpful (helped me carry my bags to the car) and were in good spirits in spite of the renovations going on. Hotel is solid for the price if you just need somewhere to stay downtown.

Great area just a few blocks off the main Robson area. The 5 stops literally right outside the hotel to take you to and from Robson square. The mountain view is definitely worth the extra money, plus the balcony is a nice addition. Would stay here again. Didnt use the kitchen at all but it's nice to have just in case. Great water pressure
