Lovely and friendly staff; nice room, comfy beds. Nice upgrades to bathroom with rain showerhead offering great water flow. Lots of free options on the TV with HULU, Disney +, Netflix. Great neighborhood with lots of food options. Full kitchen is great for longer stay travelers. Didn't like extra charge to use the stove/oven and extra charge if you didn't wash any dishes but we didn't use those amenities. Full fridge to store food was nice. Parking options were nice to have, especially staying in downtown Vancouver. Close to Stanley Park, which is where our event was - that was a bonus.

Nope it wasn't 10 dollars a load the kitchen cupboards were locked if you wanted to use the stove 25 dollars a fay pets 29 dollars a day parking 39 dollars a day also a pajamas was stolen from my suit case but how does one prove it

The room was very spacious with a full kitchen and it was quite clean as well. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. The area is very safe and full of restaurants, cafes, and only two blocks away from the waterfront. Will stay again next time I'm in Vancouver

The staff working would not check me in cause I did not have a major credit card that usually works, would not allow other options to secure the damage. He was very rude to me and would not provide a supervisors name. I wasted $140 and they will not refund me even though they wouldn’t let me check in.

The location pn Robson was excellent. We were able to walk to museum, harbour, and water bus to Granville Island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room was comfortable but very tired. It is in need of a deep clean - walls, baseboards, etc. and new drapes. We loved that we could open the patio door for fresh air at night. Great value for the price.

The lady I didn’t get her name at check-in was excellent. I checked In ealrier because my room was ready I really like this hotel. It’s dares but it has charm I was the only person in f to he room. With 2 double beds. Full kitchen and a great view of the Vancouver harbour Great value I booked 1 night. But I will be back

Selected pay on arrival through Expedia, but they charged my card before I arrived, leading to it being blocked. I called to ask about this and the lady on the phone threatened to cancel the reservation. So not a nice first impression and also not following the Expedia policies. Front desk staff were friendly though.
