I have other complaints but my main complaint is that the bathtub is super dangerous! It’s extremely slippery and it seems to be a know issue. They provided a rubber bath mat but I was reluctant to use it since it looked a little grungy. I’m fairly athletic and I’ve never slipped on a tub before so I thought I wouldn’t need it but the tub is shaped like a spoon and slippery and I fell and landed completely outside of it and hurt myself. My other issue was just that the room looked old. The carpet and tile were worn and dingy. The couch and chairs looked old and weren’t very comfortable. The sink didn’t drain. Also the airport shuttle never came and myself and a few other guests eventually called and were told to take a cab. They reimbursed us but it was still inconvenient. The room was basically a full apartment though with a living room and kitchen. And the area around the hotel seems nice.

Next to my room, rap music has been playing all night, playing very loudly, and the security of the hotel did not solve the problem. After giving feedback once, it is still playing very loudly. As a last resort, I had to run to the front desk to change it myself, and I changed to a smaller room. It's very disappointing. It's not my fault. Why?

The airport shuttle was a nice bonus and was on time. Our room accommodations were met with ease, with little notice. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. Perfect solution to our last minute flight delay.

For being an airport hotel, I especially found the windows to be too thin as I could hear cars outside throughout my stay. Further the blackout blinds didn't completely cover the windows so light from the parking lot was shining into our room all night.
