Was kind of disappointed with this one. The TV didn’t work in our room and it seems the staff was aware because when I called the front desk she said there was no guide and to just press channel up and down to look. When we did that it still didn’t work so someone came to look at it and also couldn’t figure it out so it was unusable. I love hotel cable so that was disappointing. Also when I contact the hotel beforehand they gave me wrong information that was different from when I arrived in regards to a deposit so our check in was less smooth. There is a really great staff member there perhaps maintenance but he was super chipper and kind, helped us with our bags, it really made up for the standoffish front desk folks. On top of that the amenities were were down so no pool. No one told us. I just wouldn’t stay here again before a flight.

They let us check in early which was muchly needed after a long failed flight. The gentleman at the front desk was a delight to deal with and gave us great food options close by in the area , as my family was staving. Beds were comfy and the pool was great to burn some energy off the kids

The hotel was not as good as their photos. It was two buildings . You had to go outside from the front desk to the building where your room was. The pull out was very old and not comfortable. The bathroom door had to be pushed shut because a big lump on the floor. We asked for more pillows, they didn’t bring them until we were asleep. It was a jr suite but no tv where the pull out couch was. We never did find where the hot tub was! Not a good experience!
