It’s a motel not a hotel. We were ground floor with a dodgy walk from the main hotel to a subunit motel hallway and the room had an old wooden overly aged door you could hear everything through. Overall it was nothing like what advertised on the photos and descriptions and we didn’t feel safe being on main floor and so far from front desk and the main building.

Entry door to room 121 was in need of replacement or at least repainting and the windows of the hallway access to our room looked dirty at the bottom 1/4 of the glass when viewed from the front driveway and temporary parking spaces. All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous as well as exceptionally well dressed. The shuttle bus driver was very punctual and helpful in both loading and unloading luggage.

I arrived an hour early but the front desk told me that she will let me know as soon as my room is ready. After waiting 45 minutes or more, I went back to the front desk to check if my room was ready. The room was ready but the original lady failed to let me know. When I finally went up to my room, there was hair and dried urine on the seat.
