Airports shuttle was easy to find. I only stayed one night, about 7 hrs (10pm-5am) between flights. It would be nice if the gym, pool or restaurant was open 24 hours or that the shuttle service starts before 6 AM but for a quick stop, close to hotel and easy check-in process it was great. I did get a Jacuzzi room so was able to relax in a Jacuzzi tub before bed, do know there is an older and new part to hotel. Although I was in the older part, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Surprised by the big executive suite we’ve got- with balcony, sitting areas, full kitchen and etc Was disappointed that the pool wasn’t in service:( Area of hotel is great!

I entered the lobby and it was buzzing, and yet the staff took care of all my questions and got me into my room and less than five minutes. Have to say the room is surprisingly attractive, comfortable and quiet. I’ll be back!

I was reading some of the negatives reviews and hesitated if I should go ahead and book a room with them. However, I went ahead and booked a two bedroom suite for 3 nights. As we were wondering around inside the parking structure and find the entrance to our room, a very nice housekeeper showed us the way, which gave me hope that the hotel has addressed previous concerns. Untill we went inside the room, I totally regretted booking this hotel. I didn't have a good night sleep since day one. I could hear doors slamming from outside. There were bugs on the bed and bedrooms. I called the front desk and reported the bugs. We switched to a higher floor, we noticed the same bugs found earlier and some small insets crawling on the stove top and inside the closet. When I talked to the front desk, I didn't see any empathy about my situation from them. Thanks for reading this review. I am hoping you think twice before booking with this hotel. I truely don't want your stays in Richmond being ruined like mine.

I booked their 3 bedroom suite since I had my 70 year old sister in law and my wife along on this trip. The suite was old and worn. The laminate flooring was coming apart, exposing sharp seams, gaps in the flooring. We had to wear shoes at all times to protect from getting cuts on the edges of the flooring. The kitchen was right out of the 90's. The dishwasher didn't work correctly. The provided dishes were sized for small humans and not normal sized people. Since it was on the ground floor on the corner, not only did we have to deal with the traffic on a rather busy street, but also people walking in the alley having loud conversations. Overall, it was a disappointment and I was embarrassed by the condition of the room. Definitely won't be staying here again on our next trip to Richmond to visit our daughter.
