We had a beautiful view of the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. You could really see the architectural details. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We were very happy.

Its a nice hotel, with nice Staff. Friday night there was a bit of construction going on across the street which went well into the night. Not Hyatts fault, but it was definitely irritating.

Skip this place. The staff is rude on check in. The room was ice cold. The bed had a thin blanket. The bathroom is clunky. It's very loud outside the hotel with sirens all night. Not worth the price whatsoever.
