Beautiful property. Amazing staff. Close to an abundance of restaurants, bars and shopping. Quick water taxi nearby to Granville Island and other locations. Great, walkable location. Very clean and safe.

Excellent stay/location in Yaletown with close access to transit and restaurants. Great spacious and comfortable room/bed. Courteous and professional staff. Elevator access/availability like no where else! (No waiting) Breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Cool neighborhood but a few annoyances

Room was VERY small. No where to open suitcases except bed or doorway. Valet parking not used since we didn’t have a car. Their website mentioned parking or breakfast but they said we didn’t qualify thru hotels.com. Thank goodness we had a sound machine because the night noise outside was very loud.

Absolutely loved our stay at the OPUS hotel! My partner and I were travelling to Vancouver for vacation and had a 10/10 experience. The main things that stood out to us were the cleanliness of the rooms, the walkability, the service, and the staff. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and eager to help. My personal favourite part was the aroma in the lobby!! The main thing I was concerned about before booking our trip was the safety of the neighbourhood we stay in, and Yaletown was fantastic, even at night. Restaurants, patios, bars, and the water are just steps away. The city is super walkable, bikes & scooters are available, Kitsilano is a short uber ride away. At the end of the trip we agreed that we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else next time - thank you for the great experience!

Fantastic small, quaint, friendly hotel. We had a great time! Thanks to Steve (I hope I remember is name correctly) at the front desk for all the excellent tips. He was very kind and gracious. Also, they let us check in early, which was really appreciated after a long flight . Wonderful experience. We enjoyed the dinner options nearby, the views at the sea walk, the ice cream shops, the convenient metro station, best breakfast ever 2 blocks away at OEB. Went there twice. Our room was sunny, all pink , which was nice . Very comfortable bed, pillows and linens. The AC was quiet, the shower worked well.

Everyone was unbelievably helpful. I have never seen a hotel work so hard to please guests. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable and the area around the hotel is both beautiful and fun.

Wonderful hotel!

This is our second time staying at Opus. Love this boutique hotel! The staff is wonderful--special shout our to Front Office Mgr., Scott and to front desk person Patricia. Everyone is warm and helpful. I didn't have enough room in my suitcase for clothes I'd bought while in BC and Patricia went out of her way to find a box and then boxed them up and sent them back to our home. The rooms are cheerful and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Ordered room service and their French Toast was scrumptious. We plan to stay at Opus each time we're in Vancouver. There's also a Starbucks across the street for great inexpensive oatmeal. Many thanks to the wonderful staff for making our time so enjoyable.

Always a good stay

Love this area of the city, nice to walk around at night and catch a ferry in the day. Comfortable rooms and great bar with happy hour downstairs.
