We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Hotel in Vancouver. The location is absolutely perfect — it’s within walking distance to Canada Place, downtown attractions, Gastown, the famous steam clock, and many other key spots. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding and a thoughtful layout that made our stay even more enjoyable. The included breakfast was delicious and well-serviced, which was a great way to start each day. What truly made our experience stand out was the friendly and welcoming staff. Every team member we encountered was courteous and eager to help, adding a personal touch to our stay. I highly recommend the St. Regis Hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver. It offers comfort, convenience, and outstanding service — a top choice in the city.

The staff, the breakfast and the room was great. Super clean and pleasant atmosphere. Next time I visit I need to ask about the electrical system (the lights) .... I struggled with having a light in the bathroom without lighting the entire unit.

We loved staying at the St. Regis. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and respectful. The morning breakfast in the lower level was very good, and everything we did downtown was easily walkable, often 2-3 minute walk. The hotel is elegant. Room amenities were great including a Nespresso coffee machine and bottled water. Everything you would expect from an upscale hotel. We would happily stay here again.

Easy and efficient check in. Bags brought to our room while doing so, and no one was hanging around for a tip. Which I would have happily paid. Clean and lovely room in a great spot for Gastown and the cruise terminal.
