Room was lovely and clean. Lobby staff were extremely helpful especially Ryan and Melvyn. Baachus lounge has great cocktails, food and atmosphere. Very central for shopping, sights, restaurants, etc. Looking forward to my next visit.

Charming and friendly five-star stay in beautiful boutique hotel in central Vancouver. This is not only my favorite hotel in Vancouver, but easily in my top five hotels period. Staff is amazing. Rooms a beautifully decorated, roomy and comfortable. Restaurant is excellent. Just can't say enough about this hotel. A definite "must see".
