Check in was smooth, having dedicated parking (albeit at a significant cost)was nice as it’s tough to find downtown at times. It’s an older hotel so the rooms are quite small, we had a painted white window so you could not see outside, which would be a real issue if you were staying multiple days. There was a vent window that you could push open a couple of inches, but nothing to see but roof. The bathroom is also small, but was well appointed with a good sized shower and new toilet. The sink was very small and hard to use when brushing your teeth. Also only two paper cups and very small espresso china cups. Give me a couple of glasses for petesake! The AC is LOUD, and the walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the halls and the rooms close by, and above. There is. Sign in the elevator about quiet time from 10 PM to 7 AM or risk being tossed out on your ear, so noise is obviously an issue. The free breakfast looked pretty nice, although I don’t partake as we only got one free breakfast and we’re a party of two. I don’t like that at all, either give us breakfast, or don’t. We went to a great little place around the corner for considerably less than they wanted to charge. They brought a mini fridge up when we asked for one, but at the price it should already be there. Nothing really stood out as outstanding or particularly bad, but we would not stay again because of the noise and the lack of a window.

It was a nice clean room. It was a little tight but very cozy. Everything was in walking distance from stores to restaurants to public transportation. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with excellent amenities. The staff was incredibly welcoming and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast team deserves special mention for their kindness and attention to detail. The location was perfect—many great restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in Vancouver for a conference that was at thr convention center. Belmont was only a 20 minute walk there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even send periodic text making sure I was having a great experience. As a OneKey Platinum member, a perk was free breakfast every morning. The food was good but it was the same every day, but hey, it's food and it was included. There are some fun bars within a few blocks. Shower products were nice, minty fresh! Fair warning, the soap has tea tree in it, so if you aren't familiar with the tingle, then avoid sensitive areas. Otherwise the shower had great water pressure and was HOT! A nice touch was being able to cast your phone to the TV. I'd recommend family and friends to stay here. Thumbs up!

I’m very disappointed I had planned to stay at this hotel and at the last minute of checking out if the app we ended up not needing the hotel as we had a safe rude home. As soon as I realized it booked I tried to cancel my reso. Contacting the hotel they had no desire to refund. I can understand if it was a weekend, a fully booked hotel and they lost business by refunding. However it was a Wednesday night, not fully booked and no refund.
