I really love this cute hotel. It was clean and staff was so nice. My issue is there were a lot of homeless as you step out the door and it was a little uncomfortable.

Stayed a night there after returning from a cruise. The property was nice and I really liked the vibe of the place. The staff were very nice and helpful and we also appreciated being able to store our luggage there while we explored the city until check in time. The only issue we had during our stay, which was not exactly in the hotel’s control, was the screaming and crying child in the room next door…which was so loud and dramatic that it woke all of us from our sleep just after midnight. Once the child finally calmed down, the parents kept talking loudly for a very long time. The sound really traveled through all the walls of the hotel. We had to be up early for our flight home, so the lack of sleep was very disappointing. Vancouver is a naturally beautiful city, with so many different facets within it, but I was shocked at the number and degree of drug addicts roaming the streets! (Long Beach, CA seems tame in comparison!) These were the “zombie” type druggies that stand stooped in half and not moving for long stretches of time! So shocking to see Canada not taking care of its citizen’s health and safety. Urine literally coated the sidewalks in most of the downtown area. Otherwise, overall, it is a very enjoyable and beautiful place to visit!

Hotel itself was absolutely fine, comfortable room and nice staff. The car park area and alley down the side were a little off putting (but perhaps that was to be expected given so central). Would recommend for a short stay in Vancouver.

You want to stay here!!
We have never had such amazing guest relations and service at a hotel! They even text you to ask if everything is okay as well as ask what they can do to make your stay even better! So impressive! The bed was super comfy with great pillows. Cool, boutique vibe! Clean and cozy! And the use of the hotel bicycles for free was an absolute bonus! Excellent central location as well. We walked or used public transit to everything we wanted to do. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Wonderful place to stay! We were going on an Alaskan cruise and came in one night prior. Clean and comfortable rooms and the staff were amazing! We will definately return to this hotel the next time we are in the Vancouver area

I absolutely loved my stay at the Belmont. The hotel was immaculate and staff were lovely! I was able to walk everywhere I needed. The attention to detail in the hotel was also much appreciated.

The AC in the rooms were so loud, it was difficult to get sleep. Soundproofing was non existent and breakfast was disappointing. Staff were not helpful, especially when it came to using the stairs to enter the hotel. Laundry facilities were so expensive and bathrooms tiny. No milk provided with coffee machine and window looked into horrible alley way.
