The new look was very unique and interesting looking. I loved the bathroom design but that is where my liking of the hotel ended. The hotel rooms are very small with extremely thin walls!! The staff was just barely polite and were not very informative of the amenities in the hotel. My room smelled of dust and an old furnace system that rattled on and off every three minutes. I have been to far nicer hotels in Vancouver for the same price. I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

We are a historic building built in 1904 so there were definitely restrictions to how much of the building structure that we were able to take down, the most prominent being the walls. So cute and very well located. All the staff was very friendly and nice, and very helpful! Really good restaurant and they have a nightclub but we didnt hear any noise from it which is really nice!

Cool& funky hotel , helpful staff , clean and good standard room . I stayed on the 5th floor and room was very quiet . Hotel area is in is good for getting around but does have homeless people in doorways . It was a safe area and good transport connections .

Very kitschy decor. The hotel bar/restaurant is apparently very hip. There were long lines for entry to the bar on Saturday night. Late check ins won’t get parking. ($36/night).

Due to our prime location being in the centre of downtown Vancouver, parking is rather limited. On top of this, we are renting out only half of the parking lot from another company, accounting to about 22 spots. Because of this we unfortunately have to charge our guests an additional fee for parking of 27.65 CAD before taxes, with 24% parking tax in Vancouver. We would like thank you once again for taking the time to leave a feedback, as they are very valuable to our efforts in ensuring that our future guests are provided with only exceptional services. What a wonderfully FUN updated property. Very trendy and Living Room bar/restaurant downstairs was great too. Everything close enough to walk to! Near Yale town!
