This is an exceptional hotel, that takes care of it's customers. It is also conveniently located across the street from Canada Place and the cruise ship terminals.

A nice property.However in the room we were staying in, there was carpet lifting and a water damaged roof. For 500+ per night some repairs are required to be in this level with a city view. We have stayed several times at the property, and it doesn't appear that renovations are being completed.We have stayed in the gold club , but it was unavailable this time..

We upgraded to get early access to our room, but when we arrived, the “upgraded view” was spoiled by windows covered in bird droppings. The hairdryer was full of dust, and when using it, all you could smell was burning. Our booking was supposed to include a discount on food in the hotel, but that never materialized. When we asked the valet about local parking, we were told there was none for several blocks, so we used valet service—only to later notice a public car park directly across the road. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Just be extra careful when booking this hotel.
