This is an exceptional hotel, that takes care of it's customers. It is also conveniently located across the street from Canada Place and the cruise ship terminals.

We upgraded to get early access to our room, but when we arrived, the “upgraded view” was spoiled by windows covered in bird droppings. The hairdryer was full of dust, and when using it, all you could smell was burning. Our booking was supposed to include a discount on food in the hotel, but that never materialized. When we asked the valet about local parking, we were told there was none for several blocks, so we used valet service—only to later notice a public car park directly across the road. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Just be extra careful when booking this hotel.

This property was perfect for our early arrival for a cruise that departed across the street. It's a lovely environment, clean and safe. The staff was excellent. We used the bikes and had a delightful ride around the city and took the bus across the way to other tour locations, all at no charge! There are a several great food spots near by for all tastes and price ranges. We also loved have a Rite Aide to stock up on a few things we couldn't carry on as well as snacks. Also there is a food court and shopping right there too. Made everything super ease and we'd definately come back.

We enjoyed our stay at waterfront. The check in was terrific. We arrived very early from the VIA Canadian train trip from Toronto, and were text our room number within an hour, and could relax! Lovely room…amazing view! My only disappointment was a housekeeping supervisor with a clip board banging on our door at 7:15am on our day of check out. When I asked her why she was at our banging at our door so early, she refused to come back and explain and ran off down the hall laughing!?! It was an incredible rude awakening after a wonderful three days with you, such a shame.

Lovely stay as always. Staff was wonderful especially when our room sprung a leak and they moved us to an equivalent room. The rooms have taken a beating given the volume of turnover during Alaska cruise season. They could use a bit of a makeover, though we will come back again and again.

This hotel was exceptionally friendly and clean. They went out of their way to get our room clean even though we were there at 10 am. The room was ready by 11:30!
