Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and view was great! Only issue was the mini bar is motion sensor activated. Be careful even if you stand near it. Was charged just for looking at it, but they kindly reviewed and took off the charge. Great place to stay!

Pro Location - Close to Canada Line, convenient to/from the airport Harbour view excellent Restaurant with good food, my husband thought he had the best mussels ever Fitness facilities - good especially the hot tub Concierge very helpful, assisted us to get a reservation at a busy restaurant Con- Room was clean, but beginning to show age, bathroom still uses curtain, bed while still comfortable has valleys and bumps. Soundproofing really not adequate, we kept hearing stomping sounds upstairs for whatever the upstairs guests were doing. Overall a very pleasant experience, especially when it rained the whole time we were in Vancouver, it makes a difference when the hotel provides some comfort
