We enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back again. The staff was kind and upgraded our room which was nice. I was worried about being so close to the airport but I didn't hear the airplanes going overhead in our room. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Came for a work conference at a different hotel. Brought my family with me so they could have fun. Flew into YVR. Chose the hotel since there is a walkway to the Bridgeport train station, making it highly convenient to use. The pool area was nicely decorated, waterslide was fun. We had a corner one bedroom marina suite. Spacious. Nice views from all the windows. Loved seeing and hearing the airplanes landing into YVR. The entire hotel resort is really nice. The front desk staff was kind. Con: I read there was a food court inside the resort. This was a high selling point as we wanted multiple options, and not just sit-in dinner or room service. However, we didn't realize until we got there that it was located inside the casino. This wasn't helpful as we had a child with us. My spouse and child couldn't utilize it at all (I was at a work conference all day). Thankfully, there was a Starbucks where they could get some light fare food. The buffet was good, friendly staff, but it was quite expensive. Overall, it was a great stay. The convenience of being attached to the train station, beinf near the MacArthur Outlet Mall, the pool, and plane spotting will be enough to bring us back here.

We always love staying here whenever we come to the Vancouver area. We received a free upgrade to the penthouse! The kids were so excited! They couldn't believe how big the room was! It definitely made our trip that much more special. The staff is always great, and we love the convenience of having the Starbucks, casino, and gift shop in the lobby. Gordon Ramsey Steak is a wonderful addition to the resort as well!
