Hotel location is excellent if you like taking metro. It is right at the metro station Bridgeport. You can take metro to Vancouver or Richmond conveniently everywhere. The room cleanliness was quite good but there were quite some dusts at the top of vanity mirror and lamps. Our room is a double queen beds room with decent room size and bath tub. It is comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and will consider to stay there again next time visiting Vancouver.

The room was outdated. Could have used some USB charging ports. The slot machines need to be cleaned more often. Would have been nice to be accommodated for an hour late check out time… Gordon Ramsey restaurant was the best part of the hotel!

the terrible directions - elevators dont match up they take your driver license so you can park your car on the other side of the street. confusing directions. its a casino. let the pool area/fitness be open all night. the only nice person and best worker was the person at the pool .. nice guy !

Great place for a Vacation stay and relax

This is a Great place to stay. You are right on the Train line to go downtown and the airport. The location is nice you are on the water and get to see planes flyover. The rooms are comfy and clean. It was a great place to stay for a vacation. There are a couple restaurants in the casino and also Gordon Ramsey to get a bit to eat. They have a convenience store if you are in need of anything. Plus there is a Starbucks on site. We loved the location since you are out of the city but just a train ride away. The pool and hot tub is nice and relaxing. The rooms are Great to comeback and unwind and go out and party.
