Front reception was curt and unfriendly. Hotel is lovely but our room was looking at the parking lot. Room wasn't very clean, we weren't provided bathrobes (typically have them at River Rock). Gum in the toilet. Humming fridge. Stained carpets. Went to use the pool and hot tub and there was a 10-year-old’s birthday party being hosted in the hotel pool!

We really enjoyed the balcony in the suite as well as the bed was very comfortable and it had a big bathroom. Also the sky train is very close by on the third floor, which is very convenient and if you take a taxi or Uber into downtown it is not that long a ride, And you should be able to get the ride for 25 Canadian dollars or so...
