We were very happy with the prompt service when checking in and the cleanliness of the room. Parking is tight when you are checking in, but the underground parking once you are checked in was fine. The EV charger was broken, which was unfortunate. The hot breakfast was pretty good. A gym would have been nice.

The room was large, the bed was large and comfortable, there was a coffee maker provided but it was missing cups and milk. Breakfast was provided which was nice, however there were no details as to what food was on offer and I did end up getting quite ill shortly after eating. The staff were friendly and helpful, I can’t knock their service. I wouldn’t pay that much to stay there again though and it was one of the most budget friendly options.

Every thing good. Onlything the book was not refundable. Only a minute after i book, i try to change a payment credit card. Be denied.

We used the airport shuttle to get to the hotel for our overnight pre-cruise stay. Calling for the shuttle was easy and we were dropped off right at the door. We were able to check in early. The hotel and our room was clean. The staff was friendly. We had no complaints.

The hotel is fairly central to everything and it is a somewhat small hotel. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. There were very good resaurants close by.

Choose another hotel!

Arriving they don’t have the same name anymore but there was no communication about that. The seats in the lobby are stained and just gross. I had the first room off of the lobby and it was extremely loud especially in the early morning as people got waited for the shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was not that great. There was a spider crawling on top of the bread, had to wait for the hot food which was just frozen egg rounds heated up and the pancake machine decided when it wanted to work. One of my worst hotel stays. Do not recommend. The only good thing was the bed.

Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. We chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle was full when we tried to pre-book so we ended up having to Uber to the airport to get there on time. We got to breakfast at around 8 and there was barely any food left, no dishes, and no cutlery. Waited to see if it would be restocked but it wasn’t. Also unpleasant experiences as when we came to check in there was no staff in sight with the phone ringing at desk; we waited for 10 minutes before someone returned. Very unprofessional. When we got to our room, the TV was on (and very loud) which was quite unsettling. Sink was plugged and full of water, drawer open, and no AC. Overall, very poor experience and would not recommend. This hotel should be half of what we paid.
