The hotel is perfect for a long layover. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Location inside the airport is ideal after dropping off the rental car and with hours to go until flying overseas.

We loved our stay and highly recommend if you are flying out of Vancouver International. It was unbelievably convenient for early flight next day. Service was exceptional from front desk and bellman. I gave service 4 stars due to an incident with a housekeeper. We had 4 people in our room and only had 3 bath towels. There was a housekeeper right outside our door so my husband asked her if he needed to go to the front desk for additional towels or could she give them to us. She gave him two towels but when he said thank you she responded “only a thank you?” He was dumbstruck but came in to get $5 for her. We always tip generously but didn’t feel handing us two towels when you’re standing by our door something that should have generated a request for a tip.
