Beautiful hotel and room. The view was not what I expected, even from the 6th level. The airport needs more signage directing people to the hotel elevator which sits above the airport in one corner.

There is truly no better location if you have an early flight or if your travel plans change unexpectedly. Being right inside the terminal, this hotel is incredibly convenient—you simply can’t miss your flight! Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a view of the planes and ocean—our kids were absolutely thrilled! The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and every detail feels luxurious and well thought out. Despite being in the airport, the hotel is impressively quiet—we all slept soundly and were able to recharge. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was both stunning and delicious—it felt like a true dining experience, not just a meal before a flight. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Vancouver Airport. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, service, and unbeatable convenience. You’ll never be late or tired for a flight again!
