I was making an inquiry to a lady at guest service and at first I was a little confuse about what she told me, but instead of clarify it more with English, she refer me to talk to a Chinese speaking guest service to help me. Needless to say, I was a little offended. After living in Canada for 30 years and working in a professional industry, I find that to be a insult. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

Loved location right in the airport next to check-in. Staff was friendly and courteous. Gym and spa were a great amenity. Very comfortable beds.
