We stayed at this property 2 months ago as well and the Elevators are more broken now than they were then! Only one elevator was working this time, and the buttons even in that one were not functioning properly causing a lot of confusion getting to our floor, not to mention waiting a long time every time for the elevator. Suggest to get an repairman out there to fix. Otherwise, rest of the hotel was fine.

A very convenient location as it is close to a skytrain station and numerous shopping in dining options. Very convenient and the pool is a great size for my two girls. Staff were very friendly.

Room was tired looking. Shade on a lamp was broken. Bathroom had mould on the tiled enclosure. Bed chesterfield left barely enough room to get to the room door in an emergency in the dark. For the price I was very disappointed.
