Bus driver horrible! Wouldn’t assist a wheelchair guest or even help when he fell inside his bus, but the other guests were on it! This bus driver followed us around and more than 5 times told me they don’t take wheelchairs and kept asking if I had call a cab for morning yet. He was ruthless, heartless and lazy POS! Me (I’m tiny) and another lady guest had to handle the wheelchair because he refused to assist. I asked check in if there was an issue with the chair and they said no not at all and we were also booked into an accessible room. Bus driver should be fired and charged with unwanted, repeated harassment on a disability guest who has ALS! If you need a hotel with disability services DO NOT stay there or hinder that poor bus driver!!
