We stayed at this property 2 months ago as well and the Elevators are more broken now than they were then! Only one elevator was working this time, and the buttons even in that one were not functioning properly causing a lot of confusion getting to our floor, not to mention waiting a long time every time for the elevator. Suggest to get an repairman out there to fix. Otherwise, rest of the hotel was fine.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. The location is great for using public transport, and there are multiple dining options within walking distance.

Great location, next to great food and shopping

The location is great. The hotel is right next to three major mall/eating/shopping centers, one is directly connected to the hotel’s 2nd floor. So you can get all kinds of delicious food (especially authentic Asian food) literally right at door step. The hotel shuttle to airport is nice too. However, we waited for 35 minutes on arrival waiting for shuttle (call first and had to call again after waiting for 20 min), which was disappointing after a long travel.
