The night I stayed there there was a fire. The staff did not inform us did not talk to us on what was going on when we were all standing in the middle of the street in the middle of the night. Also, there was no hot water nor any pressure the next morning When it was time to shower. I filed a complaint with the staff front desk. It’s been just about a week and I still haven’t heard anything. They took my email stating somebody would be in contact with me, but nobody has contacted me about a refund.

nice apartment style suite with kitchen and bedroom. unit needs a sofa instead of the desk. oceanview is the pic attached looking over the west end towards english bay with the freighters anchored and stanley park and lighthouse park in the distance.
