We had a recently renovated 18th floor suite. The view was stunning. The kitchen was very functional, including a small dishwasher. The single beds were not that comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here. They accommodated my late request for overnight parking and was super helpful. I gave an average rating for the area around the property only because there were individuals roaming the streets but I was luckily in a group and felt safe. the average rating HAS NOTHING to do with the interior of sandman or the facilities. I would stay here again in the future.

Very convenient location in the dynamic heart of the Vancouver Pride area. Many restaurants, interesting bars and little multi-ethnic stores. The hotel apartment was good, clean and basic but we did have problems with an uncomfortable mattress which was immediately addressed by management with a better result. Don't look for luxury but ticks the boxes for convenience and location.

I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking/per night at the hotel$ 25.00 a night. They should have included that in their website. Elevator didn’t work. Cleaning service only came once in the week we were there.

The staff and service were excellent. The suite was bigger than we expected and equipped with a full kitchen and laundry. The location is close to lots of great restaurants and easily accessible to phnlic transportation. The only downside is the wait for the elevator can be a bit long as one was broken during our stay.

We arrived early, but our room was not ready yet. They let us srore our bags and we went out on a stroll. Later, our room was ready but unfortunately it had a pet in there before us so we had to wait for another room We got one of the newer renovated rooms. It was nice and tidy. I would stay here again.
