HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

The staff were great! If I needed help with anything they were able to provide. The hotel is newly renovated, bed was comfy enough, floors were clean enough. It’s a nice space, good location, good price. Didn’t like the hot water not running the first night, the coffee overflows, the parking in my mind should be free but it’s $25 per night. Compared to paying at a downtown location I guess that price is okay. Didn’t like that a buffet breakfast costs $35, I could see paying maybe $16-$22 for an actual cooked fresh breakfast but not buffet. Overall though the housekeeping is good, minus the hair on the bathroom counter. The room is clean and new: but the walls are paper thin. I would recommend this hotel for sure because it is nice and staff is terrific: helpful, friendly and professional. Thanks for the stay!

We stayed for a night on the way to YVR and it was a great option for our needs. The hotel has been nicely updated, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a marina view which was unexpected and lovely. I would recommend for travellers. There was a bit of noise transfer from the hallway but no worse than most hotels. I did hear some air traffic in the evening but all seemed quiet as we were sleeping.

This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight the next morning (like us). Highly recommend. They have shuttle service to the airport, so $0 on uber to get to the airport. The rooms are clean and perfect.

Excellent staff and accommodation. This is a beautiful hotel with a very organized shuttle service. The rooms were beautifully decorated, quiet, and very modern. Very close to the airport.
