HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

It booked a full night. I barely stayed eight hours and they refused to let me stay a little longer when I asked. I had to be a little late because the trip was for work, so i had to rush all the time to get there before they overcharge for late checkout.

Absolutely amazing stay near Vancouver Airport! The location couldn’t be better, super easy access by SkyTrain and the 412 bus from Richmond; you literally just get off, cross the street, and you’re there. The hotel is fabulous: modern, comfortable, and spotless. Even though we only stayed for a few hours, we rested extremely well thanks to how comfortable everything was. The airport shuttle made our transfer smooth and completely stress-free. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation! We truly valued the attention to detail and the quality touch of having glass cups and porcelain mugs instead of plastic, which shows a real commitment to comfort and sustainability.
