Exceptional Service and a Perfect Restful Room My stay at the Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport was excellent from start to finish. The staff made a fantastic first impression the front desk was great and the bellman was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. I was thrilled with my room on the 6th floor which boasted an amazing view of the marina. The room itself was fantastic the bed was incredibly comfortable leading to an extremely restful night's sleep. The shower room was spotless and well equipped with everything I needed. It was a flawless stay and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others. Go Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport & Marina. The shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus.

The hotel is located right by the airport. It was clean and has a restaurant and bar. There is also a small store/gift shop on the property. It's next to a marina, but a small one. Other than that, there isn't anything around within walking distance. You'd need a car or a taxi to get around from the hotel.

Honestly I initially liked the hotel overall but did find it very far removed from outdoor exploring. If you’re looking to venture out I would recommend a car. The concern came when a fire alarm went off, understandably out of their control. However they only had one elevator working in the entire hotel which then proceeded to not work for the next following HOURS. We were located on the tenth floor and attempted to speak with staff multiple times of how to access services and our food delivery. They told us that we could only get food if we walked down and then back up. We were then told that they would bring up the items we required in addition to the food we ordered. That was also incorrect, the poor delivery driver walked up all ten flights of stairs to deliver our order and we still had the request of items from the front desk which never came. After all this, I just feel the staff members did not handle the situation properly, it took far to long to have the only elevator back to functioning status and we were pretty much told tough luck about the entire situation. We cancelled the rest of our stay and moved to a different hotel.

Very nice stay

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and efficient. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Airport shuttle service was easy enough to figure out.

It’s a transient property where pushing guests in and out is more important than the visitor experience. Dirty tables on the lounge, no clear guidance of how to enter / find a table. Opportunities for improvement. Staff were very friendly, nonetheless. In the room, the desk surface clearly hadn’t been cleaned; with a quick overnight, simply not worth it to raise with the front desk, but hopefully they can consider these thoughts on the guest experience.
