HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

Room was fine. The buffet was not so good. Croissants were very stale. The potatoes were dry and hard. The bacon was like beef jerky and the scrambled eggs were so old that there was a brown crust on them. The sausages were not hot. The hotel itself is clean, and I would like to especially thank Palminder, our house cleaner, who was very friendly and kind during our stay. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. We stayed for 16 days during our holiday break and were charged $25 per day for parking, totaling $400. Had we known about the parking cost ahead of time, we would have chosen to stay at River Rock instead, where all-day parking is only $3. Another concern was housekeeping communication. We left for two days to travel to Oregon and informed the front desk in advance that our room should be cleaned on Monday when we returned. Unfortunately, when we came back, the room had not been cleaned and the trash had been left inside for two days. Communication between departments seemed siloed. On one occasion, we called the front desk to request two bottles of water because we did not receive them during housekeeping service. We were told housekeeping would bring them up, but after waiting over two hours, nothing arrived. Later, when we asked at the front desk in person, we were told that bottled water is no longer provided—yet we had received it earlier during our stay, which made the response confusing and inconsistent. Overall, while the hotel is clean and some staff members are excellent, better communication between departments and clearer policies, especially regarding parking and amenities.
