We requested early check in but it was not available. We arrived at noon. Room to be ready at 3. Plus we were told if it were available it would be an additional $60! That’s ridiculous! It’s not like there are amenities to use! They held our bags and we took Uber elsewhere for a few hours.

Extremely disappointed. We did not get what we paid for. We were in a “Marina” view room. Well if we put our heads against the glass and looked far to the right with our faces smashing the window then maybe we could see a bit. A huge tree blocks the entire view. When we complained all they wanted to do was argue and explain we are in a Marina View room. I said call it what you want but come up here and see for yourself. They would not do it, did not care and did nothing but give us a small voucher to their lousy coffee shop. Staff was not helpful or friendly at all Also the bathroom shower floods like crazy because of a bad seal. Again no one cared.

It was a very pleasurable relaxing stay Property is conveniently located by the airport so if you really dont mind the sound of planes flying low this is a nice property to stay at. Only thing i personally didnt agree on is the parking charge on the property. Property is far from other hotels. Theres considerable parking on the property. Can you really expect guests not to have a form of transportation? But aside from that its a nice hotel to stay at. Will be back again in the near future. Hopefully without having to pay for parking :)

The hotel offers some nice perks like complimentary bottled water and a convenient airport shuttle running every 30 minutes. The 12 p.m. checkout time and luggage storage after checkout were also helpful for managing our schedule. However, the location is quite isolated — it’s not easy to access public transit or nearby amenities without a car, Uber, or taxi. It’s great for short stays near the airport, but less ideal for longer visits or those hoping to explore the city. We also had an unsettling experience when a cleaner opened our room door after 4 p.m. without knocking. Communication was difficult as she spoke little to no English, and we couldn’t understand the reason for the visit. It was especially upsetting as it startled our baby who had been napping. Overall, convenient for airport access, but the location and staff communication need improvement.
