Floor was not vacuumed, debris was left. The room was in an area with a leaky roof, buckets were in the hallway to catch multiple and serious leaks. They did discount my rate and were apologetic, staff were excellent. Definitely a management issue.

Average hotel. Expedia website states self parking which to me means free parking. This hotel is trying to charge $25 for parking... ridiculous. The clerk waived the parking fee when I threatened to cancel my reservation with a full refund.
