HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

Room was clean, staff were fine. Pillows were too high so uncomfortable. A few things were missing but we got them immediately when we asked for them. Restaurant in the hotel is very good. Friendly waitress. The only thing that surprised us was the 25.00 parking fee. Did not expect this at an airport hotel.
