HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Hannah. We had a tiny issue with something not working our room and she quickly got us switched to another room on the same floor and came up to give us our key so we didn’t have to carry our stuff around. She was super helpful. The hotel and vicinity was also amazing.

All was fine aside from waiting to be checked into our rooms due to only having two employees working in the evening. There was another employee who could’ve possibly helped, but maybe was on break?? However many times I’ve walked passed the front counter, there was always a long line. It’s annoying to be traveling already, but to wait awhile to be checked in is even more annoying and frustrating.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The peoperty was clean, it was in a convenient location, and the parking area was relatively safe. The hotel had a small concenience store that was open in the evenings, a restaurant that offered breakfast and dinner menus (extra costs), and a small coffee shop. 24/7 airport shuttle service was available. My only disappointment was that there was no pool, hot tub, or sauna. A nice soak after the cold days in Vancouver would have been nice.
