Room was great, Very Good Staff. Restaurant was excellent though the breakfast was a bit pricey. We did have an issue with the tv as for some reason it kept saying the signal was lost for CBC of all stations.

The room we were initially checked into immediately upon opening the door smelled like dirty diapers. Then we turned on the light and saw a big brown stain on the ground. Completely disgusting and I can’t believe they tried to check someone into this room. They moved us to a new room but no apology from the front desk for this or from the manager even upon request by myself. Probably won’t return. Beautiful area though.

I recently stayed at this hotel from October 24, 2025, to October 27, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. The lobby was stunning, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities, including a microwave and fridge, were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Patrick, the bellman, was incredibly helpful, even lending me an umbrella for a wedding I attended in the rain. Mohamed, the other bellman, was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's shuttle service to the airport was a big plus. The restaurant, which was a bit overpriced. However, it was convenient to have a food option on site, although I didn't try it. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. The combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities made for a fantastic stay.
