The host was very helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for us. He recommended us activities around the hotel and upgraded our room free of charge. The view from the room was breathtaking! Just enjoying a drink on the balcony was a fantastic experience.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are all excellent. Very very helpful and friendly. Great location. Stunning views. Fabulous facilities - pool, games room, books, information, grounds. Breakfast is simple but excellent. Everything you would need. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. Great small family run hotel.

A quiet little hotel not far from the cute town with lots of dining options. The hotel itself has a bar with alcoholic drinks and coffee available as well as pizza if you feel like a relaxing dinner on the patio overlooking the mountains. Beautiful! Lots of cyclists, backpackers and hikers smartly made this their home base for the night. Situated in the national park, it certainly caters to adventure seekers. The room was small and unremarkable but we hung out on the patio so it didn't matter! Great, helpful service and a great breakfast buffet.

Check well your room.

The room was very very small and with view to the parking. Beds small and mattress uncomfortable. The toilet tiny. Claustrophobic feeling. Level formula. No panoramic view at all from the room. No balcony on our end. Considering the high price paid not worthy. Nice view from the pool and common areas. They have plenty of table games. Advise: Check well the room you select or your will he disappointed. Staff were nice.

The view is definitely spectacular especially in the morning when the sun is rising up on the horizon. So as you enjoy your wonderful Continental breakfast the view outside is to behold.

We were a bit annoyed when we firstarrived because the room was small and we had only one bed not two. But in fact the hotel "grew on us", and were very comfortable. Remember this is a 2-star hotel, and it is excelent for that level. There and basically two things to do while there: there is the circular drive with views of the gorge, and renting a paddle boat at the dam to go into the gorge on the river. The breakfast was very good, with excellent bread.
