Our charming apartment is located in the heart of the old district of Dresden-Strehlen in the immediate vicinity of Dresden's largest inner-city local recreation park, the 'Großer Garten'. It offers space for two to four people and is characterized above all by its quiet and green surroundings in the middle of a middle-class residential area. With its proximity to the city center and all of its sights, it is conveniently connected to the public transport network with trams and buses. There are only a few tram stations to the city center, the 'Great Garden' can be reached on foot in a very short time and the 'Blue Wonder' is around 15 minutes away by bus line 61.

Numerous shops (bakeries, drugstores, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, post offices) can be found in the vicinity. If you want to travel by car, you have the opportunity to park free of charge on the street in front of the house for the entire duration of your stay.

Apartment description:

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building. It is nicely furnished, neat and bright.

The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a reading lamp and a wardrobe with hangers. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available.

In the living area you will find a TV with cable reception (Telekom Entertain - many channels) and a new sofa bed, which optionally offers you two additional beds. Thus, the living area can also be used as a bedroom. The living and dining area has a small balcony that looks out into the green. If required, we can provide a baby bed with mattress and a high chair. Just give us a brief note when making your reservation.

The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction field, a washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and various other kitchen utensils. There is a counter opposite the kitchen that separates the kitchen from the living area. The dining table by the window can be used for cozy dining and sitting together.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror cabinet and toilet. We will of course provide you with towels and a hair dryer.


Others:

Up to 2 bicycles can be accommodated in the basement. The room is lockable.

The bringing of animals is possible after prior agreement.

Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment! The dining area has a small balcony that you can use for this purpose.

Arrival and transport connections:

Our apartment is very conveniently located. The city center can be reached in about 10 minutes by tram line 9. Most of the sights are located there. B. the Frauenkirche, the Semperoper, the castle and the Dresden Zwinger. The young, colorful district of Dresden, the 'Neustadt', can be easily reached from Wasaplatz without changing trains using the 13 line.

You can reach us by car from the city center in 10 minutes or by tram lines 9 or 13 to the 'Wasaplatz' stop, or alternatively by S-Bahn from the main train station via the Strehlen stop.

The nearest motorway exit (A4 / A17) 'Dresden-Südvorstadt' is approx. 6 km away.

From Dresden-Klotsche Airport (Dresden International, DRS) you can reach us by taxi in less than 20 minutes or by public transport.

The final cleaning is 29 €, these are already included in the price. Other costs are not incurred. There is only something for the accommodation tax, this depends on how high your booking costs are. In addition, 6% accrue for the accommodation tax. If you are in Dresden on business, you can fill out an exemption form.

You can reach the landlord on weekdays and weekends.

The arrival and departure can be arranged individually after prior agreement.
