Our apartment has been officially classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV) with 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for 10 guests. Additional sleeping arrangements for up to 16 adults are available free of charge and can be booked accordingly here.

In addition, the apartment can accommodate 2 children in the children’s bedroom and babies in 1 permanent cot and up to 3 travel cots.

Our apartment is located in an exceptionally quiet courtyard, directly opposite more than 30 children’s bedrooms. For this reason, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 p.m., with a maximum noise level of 35 dB. Guests who would prefer to spend the evening socialising or celebrating will find many lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Our apartment is ideal for guests who value peace and quiet in the evening. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no tolerance for noise after 10:00 p.m.

The Elbflorenz Family Suite is located just 800 metres from the River Elbe. It is ideal for families and friends who want to spend time together while still having the option to retreat and enjoy some privacy. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport, whether by bus, train or suburban railway. The motorway exit is only four minutes away, while Dresden city centre and the lively Neustadt district can be reached in less than ten minutes.

The spacious accommodation can host a maximum of 13 adults and 3 children. It has four separate bedrooms, all of which can be accessed directly from the hallway. There are no connecting or walk-through bedrooms, ensuring maximum privacy for every guest. There is also an accessible children’s and baby bedroom with full equipment, including a changing table, heat lamp, double bed, cot and other amenities. This room can be adapted flexibly to suit your needs.

Three bedrooms each have one double bed and one sofa bed. The fourth bedroom contains two double beds. The children’s bedroom is equipped with a changing unit and heat lamp, a cot and a bunk bed with a slide. The children’s beds measure 90 × 200 cm and can support a maximum weight of 50 kg per bed. On request, the children’s bedroom can be accessed from up to two of the bedrooms. It will remain locked when guests arrive without children.

Naturally, the beds will be freshly made before your arrival. The number of prepared beds will correspond to the number of guests included in the booking and your preferred sleeping arrangements. When in doubt, please let us know which guests will be sleeping in which rooms and beds.

The apartment’s maximum permitted occupancy is 13 adults, 3 children and 3 babies. We are authorised to accommodate this number of guests, have the required beds available and pay the applicable city tax based on this occupancy. We therefore ask you not to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number stated in your booking. Any additional guests must be requested and agreed upon with us in advance.

Only one dog weighing no more than 10 kg is permitted in the apartment. The dog must be included in the booking.

The bathroom and sanitary facilities have been designed for families and groups of friends. There are two separate toilet rooms. One contains a toilet, washbasin and illuminated mirror. The other contains a toilet and two urinals. An additional washbasin is located in the entrance area. There is also a separate shower area with two showers and another washbasin.

There is a very large communal area with a dining table for everyone, a small lounge, a gaming corner, a reading area and a television corner. You may use the space according to your needs or let us know when there is anything we can prepare for your stay.

One dog weighing up to 10 kg is permitted for an additional fee due to the increased cleaning requirements. We provide a dog bed. The dog is not permitted on the sofas or beds. Otherwise, special allergy-related cleaning would be necessary, for which our cleaning company charges an additional €300.

An inventory list is available in the apartment. We check all items for completeness both after guests leave and before new guests arrive. Missing items will have to be charged accordingly.

An initial supply of shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and coffee is provided.

The refrigerator will be pre-cooled for your arrival and includes a large freezer compartment.

Upon request, we can arrange a private chef or catering service for you. You are also welcome to cook for yourselves, heat up food, order takeaway or have meals delivered. Several supermarkets, restaurants and snack bars are located nearby.

The holiday apartment always includes a complimentary late check-out until 11:00 a.m., so you are welcome to sleep in. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.

We are not a professional hotel, but we still want to make as much as possible available to our guests. Please send us your requests with sufficient notice, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We are also happy to provide recommendations for Dresden and the surrounding area.

We appreciate honest feedback after every stay. We want to continue improving and adapting our accommodation to the needs of our guests. Reviews on the booking platforms are also very important to us, and satisfied guests naturally help future visitors choose our apartment.

Our holiday apartment was newly furnished and has been welcoming guests since May 2025. We are therefore still learning and continue to improve our services with every booking.
