I recently stayed at your hotel for 2 nights and unfortunately, I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention, as they significantly impacted my stay: 1. Internet Issues: The internet connection was unreliable and didn't work properly throughout my stay, which was very frustrating. 2. Plumbing Issues: The water in the washroom was not draining, which caused a significant inconvenience. 3. Noise Disturbance: There was excessive noise from the nearby nightclub throughout the night, which made it impossible for me to get any rest. 4. Lack of Coffee Supplies: There was no milk available for coffee, despite it being an essential part of the room amenities. 5. Inappropriate Staff Behavior: When my friends visited, the staff were rude and unwelcoming, specifically refusing to allow visitors in an abrupt manner. 6. Drinking Water Request: When I requested drinking water, I was told that it was unavailable, which I found unacceptable. 7. Rude Staff at Night: Adil, who was on the night shift, was particularly rude and unhelpful, which made me feel very uncomfortable. 8. Check-in Priority: When I arrived to check in, other guests were given priority over me, despite having a confirmed reservation. 9. Unhygienic Bedding: The pillow covers had a strong odor of hair oil, indicating that they had been used but not properly washed. 10.
